Skipper Johnny Geary has had a great season. The Lee Star has seen some great fishing. Typical of his season so far was a recent day out, just before the weather broke. John had a mixed group out of very experienced anglers and a few beginners. Looking for mixed fishing John took him to one of the offshore reefs that abound off Cork Harbour.....and mixed fishing they certainly had with a mixture of various species.
Pictured above is veteran angler, John Sheehan from Carrigaline SAC, with a fine ling. Included on another pic is a beautifully coloured red gurnard. Skipper John got in on the action aswell targeting pollack. John is a bit of a dab hand at catching pollack and was soon showing a few of the others some secret tips.
If you'd fancy a trip out with John on the Lee Star give him a buzz on 00-353-21-4812435 or check out the Lee Star website here.
